Public service announcements are supposed to be short and straight to the point. If it’s any longer, it just gets creepy, and your audience will start getting weirded out by it.At least, that’s my stance on it.

I think India’s got us beat with condom public service announcements.
Just check out this condom PSA from India that’s over 6 minutes long. Don’t worry, it’s pretty entertaining, as you can tell from the condom costumes on your the left.
