This is actually a video of two people sparring in a sport called “Wushu,” a full-contact sport derived from traditional Chinese martial arts.
But hey, wouldn’t it be a lot cooler if light sabers were edited in?

I remember in Tae Kwon Do, we had to do something called the jumping somersault where you have to jump, land, and roll.
