“Things, but really slowly” is a Brainiac segment in which simple things are displayed in super slow-motion such as the popping of a water balloon and the ignition of a disposable lighter.
You’ve actually already one video from this segment: the slow motion karate chop.

Whoever invented the exercise ball must have had something else in mind for its use besides exercise.
If you YouTube “exercise ball,” you get a lot of instructional video, but the number one video is two guys running into each other with exercise balls.
My favorite is when someone gets hit in the face with one of these balls.

Okay, I thought sticking your aluminum foil penis into an electrical socket was bad enough, but this is far worse.
