Winter is a dolphin that got her tail ripped off at a young age in a crab trap.
Since then, scientists have built a prosthetic tail that she can use to swim around.

Dolphins have strong protective instincts toward members of their pod.
Their protective instincts are so strong that they’ll protective whatever creature is being harmed by a shark.
