Parkour is basically an activity of getting from one point to another as quickly and as efficiently as possible. That means jumping over stairs, buildings, trees, branches, and any other obstacles.
Here is a spin-off of Parkour where these guys run in suits.

No, this guy is not surfing on a shark, although it would be ridiculously cool.
He threw a big piece of meat into the ocean, jumped in, waited for a shark to come, and rode on his surf board behind the shark. Pretty ballsy.

One of the largest skateboard ramps in the world is longer than a football field, as tall as an eight-story building, with a creek bed running through a 70-foot breach.
It also happened to be in the backyard of world famous skateboarder Bob Burnquist.

Mike Awesome was an American professional wrestler best known in America for his work in Extreme Championship Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling, and in World Wrestling Entertainment and also in Japan for his work with Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling under the name The Gladiator.
He weighed 291 pounds or 132 kg, but apparently that was too heavy for the ropes.

Skateboarders, when your skateboard breaks in the middle of a jump, do you yell at it?
This guy not only yelled at his skateboard when it broke on him, he also proceeded to jump on it.

Traffic can often be a pain especially when you’re trying to get somewhere quickly.
Watch as this guy and his motorcycle pass dozens of cars in moderate to heavy traffic in Los Angeles.
I hate people who do this because they’re putting themselves and others in danger, but I my jaw stayed dropped the entire video because it’s pretty impressive.
