If I have someone’s phone number, and I wanna have some fun with them, I usually go to http://wakerupper.com/.
The down side about that site is that it informs your victim that the call is coming from WakerUpper, so it’s not much of a surprise.
I just found a site much better than WakerUpper that does the same thing without informing your victim. With PrankDialer.com, you can choose what you want your victim to hear (Rick Rolling, for example). The down side is that it’s not a text-to-speech site like WakerUpper.
