Hey everyone! Sorry for disappearing again, but I had some family matters to attend to. Unfortunately, I’m also off to Italy in a couple of days and will be there for a couple of weeks. As a result, I will be making up a bunch of posts now, and they will be posted at various times over the next couple of weeks.

Long ago, Sylvarant and Tethe’alla were united as a single world that drew strength from the Giant Kharlan Tree. Divine intervention tore them apart, however, and the Tree withered and died. It was eventually left to a boy named Lloyd to restore the world to its true form. At his journey’s end, a new Tree was planted to replace the Giant Kharlan Tree and to hold the two worlds together. This was the story of the Journey of Regeneration, and was the basis of the GameCube and PlayStation 2 games Tales of Symphonia.
Together once more, the world is entering a new era in Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. However, its people are still faced with many problems. After the lands became one, maps were rendered useless and the climate went through many vast changes: desert towns became frozen wastelands and lakes dried up into valleys. All of this stems from an overlooked factor in the unification of the worlds: the spirit of the old Kharlan Tree, Ratatosk, still exists somewhere, and its slumber has sent the world into chaos.
The first epic RPG for the Nintendo Wii will be hitting stores in North America sometime in Late 2008. Click below for a preview trailer.

At #6 on my countdown is a very little-known game for the Wii, but from what I’ve seen so far, it looks fantastic. Disaster: Day of Crisis centers around a man by the name of Ray, who is on the run from mother nature herself. Amidst the erupting volcanoes, tsunamis, tremors, and falling buildings is a corrupt Special Forces unit, trying to seize a nuclear weapon, and in addition to keeping himself alive, he has to stop them.
Judging from what was shown of the game at Nintendo World, it seems players will control Ray from a third-person perspective, while trudging through unfriendly elements of nature. Some of the visuals shown for this game so far look like true next-gen quality graphics and are truly amazing. Nintendo’s been talking about the physics and the visuals of the game for a long time now, so lets hope it lives up to the hype.

Guitar hero 3 is awesome, just as much as it is punishingly difficult, here are the hardest songs in the game you will face, and why they are so hard, these ratings are all based on the songs played on expert difficulty
- Knights of Cydonia - Muse
A verse that makes your wrist cry for mercy, and a solo that can trip anybody up - Cult of Personality - Living Color
Come on, that solo makes even the best of us shit ourselves when it comes down the screen - Stricken - Disturbed
Chord progressions that, while cool, also give you instant carpal tunnel - Before I forget - Slipknot
Ugh, those chords just make you want to punch someone, and a bridge thats ENTIRELY MADE OF CHORDS - Raining Blood - Slayer
Seriously, its just mad hard - Cliffs of dover - Eric Johnson
The whole song is one giant solo, and no hammer -on sequences lasting longer than 2 notes doesnt make it any easier - The Number of The Beast - Iron Maiden
The solo will kill most anybody, and the verse aint exactly a walk in the park either - One - Metallica
Dont be fooled by the easy as hell intro, once those fast chords start going, you will begin to cry, and you havent even reached the solo yet - Through the Fire and Flames - DragonForce
I still ponder to this very day why DragonForce even bothers calling parts of their songs anything other than “solos”. Seriously, the intro requires seven fingers, and this song really is just a six minute long solo that would make any guitarist cry for mercy - The Devil Went Down To Georgia - Steve Ouimette
oooooh boy, this is a big one, solos that never end, verses that pass without a single chord, and everything strung togethor leaving you no “easy” section to get your score back up, dont attempt this song unless you are prepared to bow before the god of rock himself and beg never to have to play this song again
Ill bet they will release even harder songs after this is posted, but i dont think i want to imagine what they look like untill i meet them face to face

Amongst government officials from Washington browsing my site, there are also a vast majority of you in high school who are bored, sitting in class doing absolutely nothing.
If you are in high school, and you’re taking some AP classes, why not hop over to http://grommersoft.com/ for some AP notes? Sure, you can go to sparknotes.com, but what if there are some things that sparknotes doesn’t explain really well? Then perhaps other sources such as grommersoft.com can do a better job in explaining that particular area.
Some advanced placement classes include AP United States history, literature, government, economics, biology, psychology, physics, world history, and many more.

Having been promised the ‘trip’ of a lifetime by their Irish friend and mushroom expert Jake, a group of American teenagers arrives in Ireland, keen for adventure. Despite Jake’s warnings about the ’shrooms they shouldn’t eat, things start to go horribly wrong and the teenagers suffer horrific visions. The panicked friends are attacked by ghostly creatures, never sure whether they are experiencing gruesome reality or startling hallucinations. As the group is bloodily whittled down to one, it is soon clear that, whether or not these apparitions are real, the carnage they leave behind certainly is.
