nwtf license plateA woman who’s had her license plate for more than 10 years will now have to get a new one because the state thinks it’s too obscene.

The plate? NWTF.

Yes, I know what you’re thinking, but if you’re a 74 year old woman who probably does not use the internet too often, NWTF means something different to you. Like, Northwood Tree Farm.

I say we start a new acronym from an existing acronym that’s not obscene…like DMV. Damn Motherfxcking Vermin.

maria berganI found this article somewhat amusing.

When Maria Bergan was asked for proof of age, she showed a license to the waitress. The only problem was that it was the waitresses’ license that she had lost about a month ago.

To top the night off, she was “identified by a friend.” Yep, ratted out.

alligatorThis just in: watching TV may save your life.

At least it did for 16 year old Corey Workman. When an alligator grabbed his legs, he suddenly remembered a technique that the Discover Channel taught in order to get out of their grips: use your thumb to gouge its eyes out.

savings bondsA homeless man in Detroit, Michigan was searching for some bottles in a trash bin to make some money. Instead, he found 31 US savings bonds in a bag of clothes worth a total of $21,000.

He then took the bonds to a shelter where the people tracked down the the man whose name was on the bonds.

Since you’re reading this on Sangent, you can safely guess that the owner of the bonds gave the homeless man less than 1% of the bonds’ worth.

alligatorDumb: Having an office pet.

Dumber: Bitten by pet while you drunkenly attempt to feed it.

Too stupid to make up: Pet was an alligator.

gas stationYou’ve seen the funny images floating around the net. Photoshoppers who were frustrated at high gas prices decided to play around with the sign. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, Google can help.

A gas station in New York got in on the fun and sold gas for 9/10 of an arm and 9/10 of a leg.
