Looks like a Catfish! You should do some research on “Noodling”. It’s a very interesting way of catfishing.

No way they noodled that. Looks like it has a hook and line out of its left upper lip. Besides noodling hard enough with a 20-30lb cat nonetheless this monstrosity.
