I haven’t played Grand Theft Auto 4, but apparently, you can drive while under the influence.
This guy tests whether it’s more reckless to drive drunk in the game, or get drunk then drive in the game.

I wonder if you can drive normally if you get drunk in the game and in real life - sort of cancelling each other out. It’d be fun to find out!
