Improv Everywhere (abbreviated IE) is an unorthodox comedy group based in New York City, formed in 2001 by Charlie Todd. Its slogan is “We Cause Scenes,” which the group lives up to by executing non-demeaning pranks in public places.
Their prank in this video? Shop topless (males only) in an Abercrombie & Fitch store.

Blizzard Man is a supposed hardcore white rapper who dresses in clothing styles from the early 1990s.
He delivers his lines in an over-the-top, upbeat, crooner-based style, rapping about hardcore things in a naïve and matter-of-fact fashion.
