I haven’t posted a video clip from the British comedy series Balls of Steel in a while, so here’s one.
The name of this segment is “Mr. Inappropriate,” and it’s just like it says. Tim Shaw, Mr. Inappropriate, does inappropriate things in public, such as teaching foreign students offensive phrases or selling double-glazing at 4:00AM.
