I’ve never been in court, but I’ve heard a lot of bad things about it, people trying to take advantage of it, for example. See: $54 million pants lawsuit.
Luckily, common sense prevailed in the $54 million pants lawsuit; the guy suing lost.
But what if the court system had no common sense and allowed just about anything in there? This is what happens if the world were that way.
