Some guy shows you how to make a gun that shoots ping pong balls.
According to him, it only takes 30 seconds to make and could leave a welt.
You will need:
1) a paper towel tube
2) duct tape
3) hairspray (or any accelerant)
4) a long lighter
5) ping pong ball
