When I saw the title of this video, I thought it had something to do with the classic video game.

It turns out that it is a modified version of beer pong.

Beer pong is an American drinking game in which players throw a ping pong ball across a table with the intent of landing the ball in one of several cups of beer on the other end. The game typically consists of two two-player teams, although it can also be played one on one, on each side of a table and 6 or 10 cups arranged in a triangle at either end. When a ball lands in a cup, the defending team must consume that cup’s beer. The game is won by eliminating all the other team’s cups before one’s own cups are eliminated.

Now, take the word ‘beer’ from the paragraph above and replace it with ‘hot sauce.’ That is what these girls played.
