A production assistant, also known as a PA, is a job title used in filmmaking for a person responsible for various odd jobs, such as stopping traffic, acting as couriers, getting items from craft service, etc. They basically do the dirty work in a movie.
Well, a porn PA is quite different. A guy named James Siciliano will walk you through a day in his job as a porn production assistant.
