Apparently, this is the German version of Sesame Street. I highly doubt that it is because this is Bernie and Ert doing heroine, LSD, and cocaine.
Any German speakers wanna translate this?

Oh, i just wanted to add that the real show was Bert and Ernie, another thing that shows it isn’t real
Translation:
RTL: more than T.V.
“Today: Drugs.”
Bernie: ” cool weekend! What should do i do today? Heroin? No no, (i think he says something about the last time he did it he ended up with …idk… something) LSD? No no, that neither, it makes me thing i can jump off buildings. Cocain? No, i can’t do that because i have no nose! (laughs).”
Ert:”Hey Bernie,you look weird, i look funny smoking a cigarette yeah?.”
Bernie:”Hey, thats already my last one! I should kick you out of my house on the weekends!”
Ert:”Ah, the weekends, i am so weird! (can’t understand)”
Bernie:”Something about freshening up the house now that he is smoking inside”, (the reason he wants Ert out of his house)
Ert:”You can never freshen up this house because you live like a pig!”
(Door knocks)
Bernie:”Who could that be?”
Behind the door:”Open up!POLICE!”
Bernie:” Oh no! I have to flush all these drugs, I have to get rid of them!”
Police:” Open this door!”
Bernie:” Hey ert, are you hungry?”
Ert:” Yeah, you have food now?”
Bernie:” Open you mouth, here some LSD, Cocain, and Heroin.I am coming now.”(walks to door)”Captain?”
Police:” Excuse me, but could you please turn down the music?”
Bernie:”yeah, sure, bye! Hey Ert, False alarm!Hey Ert? Do you have any drugs?!”
