A great way to figure out the combination to a lock that you had forgotten what it was. If you were to try ever possible combination, it would take 64,000 tries. This video reduces it to 100.

i once took a friends lock, spun it in the standard pattern, 3turns, 1 turn, 2 turns, 1 turn, letting it land whever the force of my spin would have it stop, and opened it first try. 1 in 64000. though as the vidio shows its more like 1 in 1000. only 10 spots on the wheel as apposed the the shown 40. i told my friend now he just had to figuer out how to do it asecond time.
