This is footage from a 2001 Apple Keynote where CEO Steve Jobs intoduced the revolutionary new iPod Digital Music Player.
In this excerpt from the speech, Jobs describes all of the key features of iPod and advantages of buying the iPod over the other music players of the time.
Looking back, the first generation iPod was a ripoff. It could only play 10 hours of music playback at a high compression rate of 160 kbps, it has a monochromatic screen, it was much bigger than the 5th generation iPod, and worse of all, it cost $400.
