At E3 2006, 3 companies entered the fray. Microsoft and its Xbox 360 put out a bunch of promising new games, Sony all but signed its own death warrant by announcing a $599.99 US price tag for its upcoming Playstation 3, and Nintendo; well, Nintendo pretty much stole the show.
Nintendo had a very strong showing at E3, with 4 hour lines just to test out the new Nintendo Wii for 20 minutes. One of the games not available for play, but was shown was Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
In this preview, Zero Suit Samus, Pit, Wario and Metanight make their debut, as well as the first-ever 3rd party Smash Bros. participant, Solid Snake. Enjoy!

^_^ Guess who’s buying a Wii… saves money

You and me both! It’s expected to cost $249.99 US for the Wii, 1 controller, and 1 nunchuku attatchment. Considering a USUABLE Xbox 360 is $399.99 US and $599.99 US for the PS3, it’s a bargain!

You know it! I completly forgot I saw this video on gamespot not to long ago. It looks awsome, especially the “Brawl Tokens” or whatever they’re called; just keep a GameCube controller on hand, SSBB is gonna need it!
Anyone remember the original commercial for SSB? The guiys in cloth costumes, tripping each other and throwing punches. lol, ah the memories

Yeah. SSBB will need either a GemCube controller or a Nintendo Classic Controller in order to be played (gamecube is prefered though I think (more effective).
I do remember that commercial. If I can find it, it will see its way onto Sangent soon enough.
