A race between the Ferrari 355 and the Dodge Viper GTS on Deadman’s Road.
I tried to find more information on this road but had no success. All I got was a road that has a 90 degree curve in Ohio, but that one is in the city. This one is not.

Did you try looking up “dead man’s curve”? The video mentions Sunset Blvd., so, yeah, it’s in California. Here’s some info from Snopes:
