As you know, President Bush is not a very great speaker, especially if it’s impromptu speaking.
Either he makes mistakes and silly grammatical errors that sound as if we never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and people or he might just remain speechless as he often was during the first presidential debate in 2004.
