What are some of the things you do to calm yourself when you’re speaking in front of a large group of people? If you’re not nervous about public speaking, good for you, but a majority of people have a huge fear of speaking in front of others. We might employ various techniques to make ourselves less nervous such as looking directly above the audience, starting off with a joke to make giving the rest of the speech less painful, or imagining those looking at you naked.
