Ten years ago, George W. Bush was a good debater. He doesn’t pause, stumble over big words or sentences, and doesn’t make jokes when he’s talking. All without notes.
This video compares Bush’s speech quality from 1994 to the more recent Bush.
I love the line Bush gave close to the end of the video: “They [our enemies] never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people…and neither do we.”
