A kid in Vietnam named Mai Phat Sau Nghin Ruoi, which means “Fined Six Thousand and Five Hundred,” has finally gotten a new name after years of mockery and being teased by his classmates.
Mai Xuan Can named his son “Fined Six Thousand and Five Hundred” after the amount he was forced to pay for ignoring Vietnam’s two-child policy.
The son, now 19, finally got a new name: Mai Hoang Long, which means golden dragon.
