The Hassles of Installing Linux

Linux definitely sucks now. I don’t know what it’s all about…maybe it’s the “eliteness” of using Linux that drove me to install the damn OS 46571321 times now, but I’m quitting now. Windows all the way. <3 MS.

If you are planning on installing it, though, do NOT use its built in partitioner. Use PartitionMagic or some other partition software on windows. I was able to successfully dual boot to Windows and Linux by using PartitionMagic but because I have a small hard drive, I soon deleted the Linux partition and everything went crashing down.

Now, all my files are gone. EVERYTHING. Games that I was going to put on the site, funny pictures, funny videos, new template that I was designing, and possibly more that I can’t think of right now (it’s 1 in the morning) are all gone. Most of those files I can get back, but I had over a gig of entertainment waiting to pop into the site…all for you.

Tomorrow (or rather today) might be a slow day (videos, games, pics), but as soon as I re-download all the softwares I had, I’ll get stuff up. Actually, videos will still be on here because I have some backup on the server, and there is youtube and google video, so all is not lost.
