The other day, I posted a video of Matt Lauer interviewing Vincent Ferrari on his experience of cancelling his AOL service.
Today, I present another horror story. A woman calls in to cancel her mom’s AOL service. Why would you do such a thing? For starters, her mom died in a car accident.
“I said ’she was killed.’ The rep then said, ‘I understand what you are saying, I’m just trying to come up with a solution.’”
Ha! AOL understands people suffering!
