AOL sucks. I don’t have the link for you right now, but AOL was ranked the first (or second) worst inventions tech products of all time out of 25 (I think). If you happen to know what I’m talking about, post the link in the comments.
In the following video, Vincent Ferrari tries to cancel his account on AOL. He recorded the phone conversation (21 minutes total) of his trying to cancel his account because he had heard so many horror stories from different people trying to do the same. If he weren’t so demanding, I wonder how long it would have really taken Ferrari to get the man to comply.
