Almost everything is USB powered nowadays. USB powered Beverage coolers, gloves, slippers. Google can name even more.
The next USB powered gadget, brought to you by an ex Sony technician Kouzi Ichigaya, is a USB powered air conditioned shirt.
The shirt has two fans on each sides and is powered by USB and four AA batteries.
Downsides: It’ll make you look fat, and you might get tickled while doing your thing at the computer. Women and thin-skinned people curse.
