This is a movie I made as an intro for my World War I history project on The Battle of Vimy Ridge.
Vimy Ridge was a key location for both the Germans and the Allies. The ridge fell under German control, and many attempts were made by the allies to reclaim Vimy Ridge. During these attempts, France alone lost 150, 000 men!
The job of capturing Vimy Ridge fell on the Canadians…..and they succeeded.
