Graduation is supposed to be a formal yet laid-back event. My graduation was wild, but compared to Warren High School in Texas, the 5 or so beach balls that were thrown during my gradution was a criminal offense.
That’s because they have a rule that says if you raise your hands above waist level before receiving your diploma, you will get kicked out of graduation. That’s right. Don’t mess with Texas school rules.
