A wife of a Philadelphia man was accused of grabbing her husband’s testicles after she found out that he was cheating on her.
By “grabbing,” I mean that she took them, squeezed them, ripped them out causing severe bleeding (and pain).
The man was rushed to the hospital where the reattachment surgery was successful.
