As you know, I have 56K or embarassingly known as ‘dialup’ because one has to dialup to a phone number before surfing the internet. Recently, I was able to ‘hack’ my Firefox browser to allow me to download 1329.2 KB/sec. Here’s a screenshot:

The picture is an untouched screenshot (minus cropping) of the moment it happened. I did not draw, type, or move anything.
Amazing isn’t it? If anyone can tell me how I did this, I’ll be very impressed.

I can’t tell you how you managed that. However, I once got Windows Media Player to download a file at (get this) 3.2 GB/s. It was the strangest thing. It’s more likely, however, that it was simply a miscalculation on WMP’s part, but it was funny to see.
