This is two-fold. The first is that you can see George W. Bush’s handwriting. The second, and the most important, is that he asks Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to use a bathroom break during a Security Council meeting at the 2005 World Summit and 60th General Assembly of the United Nations in New York September 14, 2005.
